Assignment Description

A skilled Program Manager is sought to lead a large-scale Warehouse Project (Ridge). The role is focused on overseeing cross-functional IT delivery, coordinating across more than 40 product teams, and ensuring alignment with overall program objectives. The position requires a proactive leader who can manage complex program environments and foster collaboration across departments.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Develop roadmaps and execution plans aligned with overall program goals

• Identify, assess, and manage risks and interdependencies across teams

• Promote a collaborative and efficient environment across diverse functions

• Coordinate IT deliverables across a large-scale product organization

• Track program financials and ensure compliance with budget targets

• Provide transparent and regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes

• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, ensuring program objectives are met

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong command of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Proven experience managing large-scale software development projects
