Senior Sales Operations Specialist
Location:
Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full sales operation cycle within the assigned region, including order processing, logistics coordination, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Ensure strict alignment with HQ compliance protocols while tailoring andimplementing region-specific operational guidelines and SOPs.
- Drive accuracy in sales forecasting by coordinating across departments (sales, delivery, finance, etc.) and supporting timely and reliable delivery of solutions to customers.
- Conduct regular performance and risk analyses based on sales targets; provideactionable insights and data-driven recommendations to local country leads andsales teams.
- Build and scale the capabilities of the local sales operations team in alignment with business needs and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
Background in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp business acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- High level of accountability, results-driven attitude, and resilience under pressure.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Swedish language skills are a strong plus.
