Volvo Penta is seeking a structured and driven professional to support the development and administration of our service contract portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery within a global and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide essential support in the operational and strategic development of service contracts, with a focus on:

• Contract Administration & Invoicing:
• Managing day-to-day service contract administration, supporting the invoicing process, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Service Development Support:
• Assisting the Service Owner in the development and implementation of new service contract offerings across markets.
• Training & Market Rollout:
• Supporting the creation of training material, coordinating market rollout activities, and providing market-specific support.
• Data & Documentation Management:
• Maintaining accurate records of pricing, sales data, and contract documentation within internal systems and tools.
• Innovation Exploration:
• Contributing to the exploration of new technologies and methods, including potential AI-based enhancements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience in administrative and/or service support functions.
• Knowledge of business models related to service sales.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects independently.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
• Proficiency in working with administrative and customer support systems.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
