Assignment Overview:

Our client, Husqvarna, is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer specializing in Embedded Software to drive and manage development projects from conception through delivery. This is a key technical leadership role involving cross-functional collaboration, requirements management, and quality assurance within a dynamic R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead specific embedded software development projects, ensuring full accountability for technical quality and documentation.
• Requirements & Planning:
• Define and manage technical requirements, monitor progress against project goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as a liaison between project managers, R&D line managers, and internal stakeholders across Husqvarna.
• Cost & Progress Tracking:
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure delivery within scope and cost.
• Problem Solving & Innovation:
• Engage in advanced technical problem solving. Depending on the project phase, you may lead solutions collaboratively or contribute directly as a hands-on developer.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Embedded Software Development
