We seek a Product Line Manager for the Data Analytics Platform to shape and execute strategic plans for sustainable growth. Reporting to the Product Area Manager for Enablement Platforms (L4 level), you will contribute directly to leadership teams and strategic initiatives. Your main responsibility is leading the future development of data platforms and visualization. The Product Line Data Analytics Platform supports Ericsson’s digital transformation by delivering secure, compliant, efficient, and future-proof solutions. You will lead a diverse team across Sweden and India specializing in data platforms, analytics, and visualization, leveraging cloud-native technologies and AI to convert raw data into actionable insights. What You Will Do • Own the Product Line Data Analytics Platform and its performance. • Align deliverables with business strategy and prioritize initiatives with stakeholders to maximize value. • Manage execution across the Product Line to meet business outcomes. • Ensure integration between data platforms, analytics, and visualization technologies. • Lead planning cycles to align investments with outcomes and meet OKRs. • Oversee IT product owners to ensure portfolio ownership throughout lifecycles, adhering to architecture and security standards. • Guide portfolio roadmaps aligned with centralized prioritization. • Reimagine data-to-insight workflows using advanced technologies. • Foster innovation culture. • Build strong relationships with business and IT leaders. • Mentor IT Product Managers and Specialists, supporting transformation initiatives. The Skills You Bring • MBA, MSc, or equivalent experience. • 10+ years of proven leadership in similar roles. • Deep understanding of Ericsson’s business and expertise in Product or Customer Management. • Strong knowledge of Data Platforms, Analytics, and Visualization from both business and technical perspectives. • Proven track record delivering business results and leading transformational initiatives. • Thorough understanding of digital transformation, especially in Data Platforms, Analytics, Visualization, and AI applications in Data Engineering. • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. • Passion for leading and developing people. • Critical thinking and thought leadership. • Excellent collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
