Role: Inventory Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global order handling, including export declarations and understanding export rules for different markets.
• Maintain professional customer service and international customer relations.
• Collaborate with factories and understand end-to-end logistics flows.
• Perform freight management, including calculating container and truck loads.
• Process invoicing, claims, and credit notes.
• Handle shipment returns and transport planning.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, efficiently.
• Contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Required Skills

• Strong IT skills and confidence working across multiple systems, including ERP platforms.
• Solid experience in logistics and transport planning.
• Ability to handle returns, claims, and credit management.
• Financial understanding and strong numerical skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience working in a global or international environment.
