About the Role: As a Frontend Developer at DevPort, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user-facing side of our high-quality software solutions. You'll work closely with our teams to bring designs to life, ensuring seamless functionality and an intuitive user experience for our clients and their end-users. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain user-facing features and applications primarily using React. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Implement responsive designs to ensure cross-device compatibility. • Participate in daily Scrum meetings to report progress and discuss tasks. • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Important Requirement Some assignments and projects in this role may be related to classified information regarding the security of Sweden. Due to this, the specific role requires Swedish Citizenship. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. • At least 5 years of experience in a similar frontend development role. • Proficiency in React, along with strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). • Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API). • Familiarity with consuming RESTful APIs. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
