Role Summary
We are searching for an experienced business Change Manager for our global procurement organization, in this role you will be the lead project manager for change, communication and training activities within the Scania ERP Transformation from a procurement perspective. You will be the single point of contact and key contributor from procurement towards the program organization.
Job Responsibilities
The main objective in this role is to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP solution, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the benefits of the new technology.
Who You Are
We believe you are a senior professional with a proven track record of similar roles in your past, where you have been responsible for guiding organizations through the change journey within an ERP Transformation program.
You should have a relevant university degree or a solid educational background, ideally in project management, industrial engineering, business management, or a related field.
You are proficient in utilization of proven models managing changes within a large organization, while continuously ensuring we operate based on the needs of the different regions. We see that you are certified in ADKAR or equivalent methods for managing change.
You are an excellent communicator both orally and in writing and possess the possibility of inspiring other colleagues and stakeholders in all areas of the organization. You are also a leader within the team and are equipped with senior project management skills, where a structured approach is of the essence to succeed.
