What do we offer?
You'll have a varied and active workday in a rotating shift schedule (including every third weekend). We offer flexible arrangements, including part-time or weekend-only positions - we'll find the solution that works for you.
At our unit, you'll become part of a combined delivery and maternity ward with around 1350 births annually. We handle both normal and high-risk deliveries from across the region. We are a women's clinic with a wide range of responsibilities and close collaboration with neonatal intensive care and gynecologists.
We work in multidisciplinary teams, support one another - and create a workday that helps you grow both professionally and personally.

Work tasks include:
.We admit both normal and high-risk deliveries
.As a midwife, you will be primarily responsible for normal deliveries and collaborate with gynecologists on high-risk cases
.You will also work with gynecological patients
.Supervising students is a natural part of the role
Qualifications
.You must hold Norwegian authorization as a midwife.
.Updated and relevant experience from a maternity unit is preferred
.Applicants from outside Scandinavia must have good written and spoken Norwegian language skills.
