Furthermore, you lead by example and act as a trusted advisor on performance, policy, and workforce-related decisions. With a strong grasp of HR issue resolution, stakeholder relations, and strategy development, you help shape an agile, resilient workforce that is ready for what's next.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will manage a solid performance and deployment of the Ingka processes, principles and ways of working within the subject of succession, workforce planning, performance and development. The Succession and Workforce Planning Leader will safeguard the co-worker experience for Group Functions, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments business entities. In this recruitment, there is no relocation support provided by IKEA.

TOGETHER AS A TEAM
We are now taking our next step in preparing for the roll-out in Ingka Group Functions, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments (GFCI) by establishing the Global Functions Centres of Expertise (CoE) and Location Operational Services (LOS) areas. These areas will support to make sure we will work together in a standardised way across P&C in Ingka, in both our functions and countries where GFCI co-workers are present.
This role will be part of the Centres of Expertise (CoE) team and will report to the CoE Manager.
