As the Head of Gaming, UK and Europe, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our gaming portfolio across Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo and will be responsible for the financial performance of gaming operations in the region, executing the strategy set by the CPO and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy, while maximising player engagement and revenue growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in the iGaming industry who possesses strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of what makes an exceptional localised Gaming Product.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive gaming strategy tailored to the British and European markets, collaborating closely with the central Product team. This strategy will aim to achieve set financial targets for Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo in each market.
Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the delivery of product and content roadmaps in the region. You will leverage customer and data insights to inform strategies, working with marketing and CRM teams to ensure their approaches align with key product initiatives. Additionally, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Significant experience in a senior role within the iGaming industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of games and game types within Casino, Live Casino, Poker, and Bingo.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with supplier management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Passion for innovation and enhancing player experiences.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.
Main Responsibilities
Developing and executing a comprehensive gaming strategy tailored to UK and Europe while ensuring it meets and exceeds financial targets for gaming revenue.
Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities, including new market expansions, partnerships, and product offerings.
Developing and executing a commercial strategy that aligns with regional objectives, working closely with central commercial teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for gaming offerings, working with the central Product teams to ensure that products are tailored to meet market preferences and requirements.
Establishing clear milestones and timelines for game releases, updates, and integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
Collaborating with Marketing and CRM teams to optimise player engagement and offers, and design tailored promotions and rewards for players in UK and Europe.
Leveraging customer and data insights to inform strategies and decision-making, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing gaming team, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Taking responsibility for the financial performance of Gaming in the region, ensuring that revenue targets are met and profitability is maximised, while regularly reporting performance metrics to the CPO and other key stakeholders.
Serving as the voice of the customer, ensuring Gaming products address player needs.
