Assignment Description

• Develop a competency framework that defines the role and responsibilities of managers in the Environmental Department.
• Facilitate workshops with department managers to gather input and foster engagement.
• Compile and package the results into clear and usable materials.

Target Group

• All managers within the Environmental Department.

Expected Deliverables

• A clearly defined competency framework that articulates:
• The managerial mission within the department.
• The key competencies required to succeed as a leader.

Requirements

Mandatory Experience:

• Proven background in leadership development.
• Experience in strategy development, organizational culture transformation, and team building.

Preferred:

• Previous experience with similar work within Malmö City.
