People planning processes and connected digital tools are critical to successful, efficient and compliant operations of our client's business. They secure that co-workers are available at the right time at the right place to support our operational needs; that schedules are created, made available and kept updated based on co-workers availability; that time cards are created, reviewed and are base for correct salary payment. They have started the transformation program "People Planning Acceleration" is started to resolve these business needs.

1. Global project training experience – Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale training programs across multiple regions ensuring consistency while adapting to local needs.

2. Agility and proactiveness – Ability to quickly adjust training strategies based on real-time feedback and proactively address training challenges.

3. Cultural sensitivity – Strong competence in tailoring training materials and delivery methods to fit diverse cultures and learning environments, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

Location: This role can be fully remote

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • 7+ experience as a Training Lead
  • Knowledge: Global training strategies: Expertise in creating scalable training strategies that align with global objectives while allowing for local adaptations
  • Knowledge: Learning principles: Deep understanding of instructional design and methodologies that enhance skill development and knowledge retention in diverse learning environments
  • Knowledge: Change management alignment: Knowledge of how training integrates with change management initiatives to drive adoption and minimize resistance
  • Experience: Multi-country training programs: Proven track record of developing and managing large-scale training initiatives across multiple regions, with a focus on adapting content for local cultures and languages
  • Experience: Stakeholder engagement: Experience working closely with central and local teams, senior leadership, and end-users to ensure training programs meet strategic goals
  • Experience: Monitoring and refining training: Demonstrated experience in tracking training KPIs, gathering feedback, and iterating training programs based on measurable outcomes
  • Experience: Knowledge transfer planning: Experience in transitioning training responsibilities from external consultants to internal teams, ensuring sustainability post-project
  • Experience: Specific training preferably for WFM tools (Legion, UKG Pro or similar) or other HR Tech transformation
  • Skills: Instructional design: Expertise in creating engaging, learner-centered training materials that accommodate various learning styles and levels of experience
  • Skills: Facilitation and presentation: Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver both virtual and in-person training sessions effectively
  • Skills: Learning technology proficiency: Skilled in using learning management systems, e-learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g.,Teams, Miro etc) for global training delivery
  • Skills: Data analysis for training: Proficiency in tracking and analysing training KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts
  • Skills: Problem-solving in training: Ability to quickly identify and address learning challenges to ensure successful delivery and knowledge retention
  • Experienced working in international environments
  • Experience working in a remote position, preferred
  • Strong skills within English - both oral and written
  • Able to work in CET timezone


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop a comprehensive global training strategy in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with broader change initiatives

  • Create adaptable training materials, templates, and guidance for local teams, ensuring that country-specific training programs are
  • consistent and effective
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training through KPIs and feedback from local teams, continuously refining content and delivery methods to
  • improve learning outcomes
  • Provide support to local training teams to adapt and deliver the content in a way that meets the specific needs of the local workforce
  • Develop and implement a plan for knowledge transfer, ensuring Ingka’s internal teams are equipped to manage training efforts
  • independently after the project, sustaining momentum and autonomy
