🚨 We’re Hiring: Country Purchasing Specialist – Sweden

Are you ready to deliver procurement with impact? We're on the lookout for a driven, strategic, and hands-on Country Purchasing Specialist as part of our purchasing operations in Sweden!

This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence, requiring someone who can think independently, build supplier relationships, and deliver best-in-class purchasing performance.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Strive for procurement excellence as part of a team of Purchasers
• Own and optimize in-country procurement operations
• Build strong supplier relationships to drive pricing, quality, and delivery improvements
• Collaborate across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams
• Deliver on purchasing KPIs: inventory levels, lead times, open orders, and more
• Use SAP and procurement systems to support seamless processes

🔍 What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong planning, forecasting, and data analysis skills
• Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office (TANGRO experience a plus)
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• A collaborative, analytical, and improvement-focused mindset
