The team and the technical environmentThe IT Service Team, consisting of four members, is dedicated to leveraging technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage. The goal is to provide robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives and enhance overall business performance.
The IT landscape is a mixture of an office environment and a production-oriented environment with cleanrooms where IT equipment interacts with OT equipment. We are Microsoft-intensive, and the server environment is a hybrid with both on-prem and cloud services.
Our current journey is both exciting, developing and demanding where we introduce new IT services as well as streamline and improve existing services in areas such as information security, AI, virtualization and managed workplace.
The roleAs our IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users—helping them solve problems, answering questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll play a key role in keeping our IT support reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. You'll also have the chance to suggest improvements and work with the team to turn great ideas into real changes.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, with regular working hours from 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM.
