About your job
Here, you play an important role in shaping our organization’s future by designing and implementing cutting-edge learning and development initiatives. To ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness, you leverage a variety of learning methodologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training. Ultimately, in collaboration with our divisions and sales areas, you drive growth, foster talent, and ensure that our workforce is equipped to excel in today’s competitive landscape.
You create a supportive learning environment that empowers employees to take ownership of their development journey. As a facilitator, you have the exciting opportunity to create, organize, and conduct business-related training and workshops!
Included in your responsibilities:
You report to the Head of Employee Experience at Mining, and act in close collaboration with the Employee Experience team and our global HR community. The location for this position is flexible between our sites and offices. Since we’re a global business, travel is a natural part of your role, as well as efficient digital collaboration across time zones.
Your profile
For this role, you need a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development or related field. You have proven experience in learning and development roles, with a focus on global initiatives. It’s a plus if you have an understanding and experience of the manufacturing and mining industries. As we act in a global setting, you must be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
When it comes to personality, you have excellent communication, influence, stakeholder management, facilitation, and project management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment with a global footprint. An innovative mindset and a passion for change and improvement are also key traits in this role. Last but not least, be yourself and stay curious – we like it that way!
