You are not only a great communicator but also someone who naturally builds connections within the team and across the organization. You enjoy diving into details and proactively identifying and addressing problems as they arise. Being a team-player is essential to us, since we value people who collaborate with openness and empathy as much as someone who is not afraid of asking tough questions and adding new thoughts and ideas to the table.
