Role: IT Project Manager (Chief Project Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of SAP SD billing solutions
• Investigate current manual billing processes in Master Finance 1.0
• Drive change initiatives to transition manual flows to automated solutions
• Lead the development of a cross-functional supplier claims management solution
• Collaborate closely with MF 2.0 project team resources
• Create and manage the overall project plan
• Coordinate internal and cross-departmental resources
• Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget
• Work hands-on with business stakeholders across departments
• Manage stakeholder communication and align project goals with business priorities

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in global contexts
• Strong background in manufacturing environments, with understanding of end-to-end flows in industrial plants or distribution centers
• Experience with financial and logistics systems implementation projects
• Skilled in both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives using formal frameworks
• Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills
• Ability to engage across multiple departments and seniority levels
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Sweden
