Assignment Overview

Our client is seeking a senior-level Marketing and Communications Consultant or Team to deliver Event & Marketing Services on demand. The assignment covers a broad range of communication and project/event management tasks and requires flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to handle multiple formats (virtual and in-person). Deliverables will vary and may be requested individually.

Scope of Services

Project, Event & Marketing Services (Virtual & Face-to-Face):

• Overall project management, coordination, and execution of marketing and event services
• Webpage design and deployment
• Design and production of one-pagers and three-pagers
• Video production (editing and packaging for campaigns or events)
• Logo and theme design for specific initiatives or campaigns
• Coordination, planning, design, and execution of webinars
• Virtual event planning, moderation, and coordination
• Planning and management of physical (F2F) events, including onsite moderation

Goals of the Project

• Provide on-demand project/event marketing and communication support
• Deliver flexible, high-quality services within short notice across various media and formats

Requirements

• Must be able to start work with 15 days’ notice from request
• Willingness and ability to travel for in-person event support, in line with the client's travel and accommodation policy
• Each service listed is considered an independent deliverable and may be requested separately.
