We are looking for a structured and proactive professional to support Strategic Technology Management within the automotive sector. In this role, you will work across multiple departments to ensure strategic alignment, implement governance frameworks, and drive innovation planning.

Key Responsibilities

Support operative work related to Core/Non-core business and Research & Innovation.

Assist in the implementation of governance frameworks in line with corporate strategy.

Plan, coordinate, and moderate cross-functional meetings with senior stakeholders.

Document and follow up on decisions, actions, and strategic roadmaps.

Collaborate with R&D, Innovation, Production, Procurement, and Strategy teams.

Facilitate strategic workshops and innovation planning sessions.

Act as a cross-functional interface ensuring alignment on strategic topics.

Your Profile

5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

Proven background in strategic management, governance, and innovation.

Strong communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Self-driven with the ability to handle complex topics independently.

Available to work partially onsite in Södertälje.

Education & Language

Degree in Engineering or Finance with a technical foundation.

Fluent in English; Swedish or German is a plus.

Full-time hybrid role with strong potential for extension.
