About us
Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We are looking for a Director of Brand Marketing & Creative for a 14-month temporary position to cover for a parental leave. You will be responsible for driving our brand positioning, and how it’s tied to our marketing creative execution.
You’ll be developing and implementing Soundtrack’s brand in marketing efforts, working with and managing an internal team with design, content and development plus external agencies for creative assets.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Digital Marketing and together lead our, growing and impactful, marketing department at Soundtrack. Responsibilities
About You
Just like us, you love music. You're driven and entrepreneurial, but you know how to be a team player too. Regardless of roles, we're always looking to work with people who can adapt to constant change, prioritise what's important, stay humble, open, curious and with a passion for details.
Soundtrack is a Product Led Growth (PLG) company where the product naturally extends as a central piece in our marketing. You’re therefore either a marketing leader with experience from product companies, or a product leader with marketing experience. You have the ability to combine a vision, purpose and data with “a creative eye”.

Location: Stockholm. We require the person in this role to be on-site three days a week due to the coordination-heavy nature of the work.

At Soundtrack, we believe that diversity fuels creativity and innovation. We're committed to building a team that reflects a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. We welcome applications from individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, ages, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and identities.
