We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who wants to provide world-class support to our partners, with a focus on networking, firewalls, and cybersecurity.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support via phone and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot network and security issues, using tools like Wireshark and log analysis
- Propose solutions and document them in guides and documentation
- Collaborate with our product teams and contribute to improvements in both products and processes
- Work with Clavister’s entire product portfolio within cybersecurity
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has: - Knowledge of networking, e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, NAT
- Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis (e.g., Wireshark)
- Basic understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols
- Experience handling support tickets and using support tools (e.g., Jira)
- Basic skills in Windows and Linux
- An interest in IT security and modern security principles (e.g., SSL, Zero Trust)
- The ability to provide clear technical instructions, both spoken and written

- You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- You enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting, and you can explain technical issues in a way others understand
- You’re structured, service-minded, and solution-focused – even under pressure
- You’re self-driven but enjoy close collaboration with others
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Knowledge of Swedish, French, Spanish, or German (spoken and written)
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting firewall solutions/networks
- Experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
