Required Experience & Skills:

• Solid understanding of financial processes, ideally within the real estate sector or other capital-intensive industries
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, including modeling requirements using:
• Use cases
• User stories
• Process maps
• Requirements matrices
• Functional and non-functional specifications
• Knowledge of financial systems, business intelligence (BI) tools, and system integrations (e.g., ERP systems)

Core Competencies & Abilities:

• Ability to navigate between detail and big-picture thinking, and summarize findings into a well-developed pre-study report
• Proactive in gathering and analyzing information, with a strong initiative to suggest effective mapping and documentation methods
• Comfortable working closely with the project manager to report to the steering committee
• Skilled in leading interviews, workshops, and stakeholder dialogues
