Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document the benefits, capabilities, development potential, and challenges.
- Establish and implement a robust internal organization to support Malmö Lär across departments.
- Effectively communicate the structure and purpose of the Malmö Lär platform throughout the organization, from management to departmental sections.
- Lead the implementation process of Malmö Lär in a thoughtful and sustainable manner tailored to Malmö’s preschool administration.
- Ensure that the platform is optimized and ready for handover to permanent staff with a future roadmap for development and implementation.
- Build a living and target-group-adapted learning environment with high-quality educational content.
Target Audience:
- Preschool administration management, support functions, educational producers, and all staff who will engage with Malmö Lär.
Expected Deliverables:
- Full Malmö Lär implementation adapted to the organization.
- Optimized usage and structure for long-term sustainability.
- Handover of responsibilities to newly recruited permanent staff.
- A strategic plan for continued development and user adoption of the platform.
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 5 years of documented experience in IT-related business development project management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects in the public sector.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, needs analysis, and pre-studies in digital systems within an educational context.
- Ability to work independently and lead within a complex organizational structure.
- Experience implementing digital platforms, learning platforms (LMS) for professional learning and development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Swedish preschools or schools.
- Skilled in building internal organizational processes for digital learning solutions.
- Competence in change management and user-centered design.
- Experience in structured project handover to permanent staff.
- Familiarity with LMS implementation for adult learning and upskilling.
- Experience working in hybrid environments with both remote and in-person meetings.
