Assignment Description:

We are looking for a senior consultant with documented experience and strong references to support two business-critical assignments within our organization. The role involves:

• Leading a complex project with significant legal components
• Taking on a Product Owner role in an agile team

Profile & Qualifications:

Certifications:

• IPMA or PMI certification is required

Experience:

• Several years of experience in both traditional project management and agile methodologies
• Proven track record of handling legally complex projects
• Experience from the banking or insurance sectors is a plus

Leadership Skills:

• Capable of leading both steering groups and operational work in agile teams
• Ability to generate tangible results through engagement and effective collaboration
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with change management

Personal Attributes:

• Perceived as driven, positive, inspiring, and clear in communication
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong social competence and adaptability to different personalities and situations

Responsibilities:

• Act as Project Manager for a project with high legal complexity
