Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our client’s ongoing digital transformation within their IT and Engineering operations. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing high-level stakeholders, and ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of key projects.

You will collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all initiatives align with the client's strategic objectives and project standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or Engineering
• Experience working in large industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong command of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior leadership
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Background in R&D or product development
• Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management System) or resource procurement processes
• Experience leading distributed or international teams
