Role: Senior Project Manager / Technical Consultant / Application Consultant

Seniority Level: Senior

Location: Härnösand, Sweden (Primarily Remote with Occasional Travel)

Remote Work: 100% remote preferred; occasional travel within Sweden (mainly to Örebro)

Assignment Purpose:

• A Senior IT Project Manager to lead internal project activities and coordination with system vendors.
• Technical and Application Consultants to provide expert support in their respective areas.

Project Structure:

• Project is led by a main project manager and two sub-project managers (Operations & Technology)
• You will support the sub-project managers depending on your area of expertise
• Close collaboration with business units, internal teams, and vendors
• Focus on roll-out, training, change management, testing, and coordination
• High integration with other systems—synchronization and system integrity post-migration is critical

Assignment Scope & Tasks:

IT Project Manager (50%, ~1400 hours):

• Lead project activities within the agency
• Manage vendors and external suppliers
• Plan, lead, and follow up on project deliverables
• Organize and lead meetings (internal and external)
• Plan and manage testing and validation
• Accept and verify system deliveries
• Prepare for training, rollout, and handover to operations
• Report project status and escalate key decisions

Technical Consultant (10%, ~4 hrs/week):

• Answer technical queries regarding on-prem to cloud migration
• Advise on integrations and technical configurations
• Support the technical sub-project manager

Application Consultant (10%, ~4 hrs/week):

• Answer questions related to business use and configuration of Unit4 ERP
• Provide expert knowledge on finance and payroll modules
• Support the operations sub-project manager

Mandatory Requirements:

IT Project Manager:

• Experience managing ERP implementations or migrations in the past 3 years
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Unit4 ERP (on-prem)
• Experience migrating Unit4 ERP from on-prem to cloud
• Familiarity with Unit4 ERP CR (cloud version) and Unit4 as a vendor
• At least 4 years experience in leading system implementation projects
• Must meet Framework Level 4
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish

Technical Consultant:

• Deep technical knowledge of Unit4 ERP and its integrations
• Experience implementing or migrating ERP systems in the past 3 years
• At least 5 years of experience with Unit4 ERP (on-prem)
• Experience with cloud migration and Unit4 ERP CR
• Must meet Framework Level 4
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish

Application Consultant:

• Strong knowledge of Unit4 ERP, especially Finance and Payroll modules
• Experience with ERP implementation/migration in the past 3 years
• At least 5 years of experience with Unit4 ERP (on-prem)
• Experience with cloud version (Unit4 ERP CR)
• Must meet Framework Level 4
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
