The Security Manager will play a crucial role in our Workplace Experience leadership team in the Nordics, overseeing security for over 9,500 EY employees across 110 offices in four countries. This position supports our commitment to providing the best Workplace Experience (WX) to empower our people in serving clients effectively.
As a global pilot within EY, we strive to be the best among professional service firms. The Security Manager will report to the Nordic Head of Workplace Experience Operations and collaborate with the European Centre of Excellence for physical security, Nordic Risk Management, and key internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
As the Security Manager, you will oversee the following processes at a Nordic level within physical security:
Being responsible entails developing and maintaining concepts, policies, and guidelines, while driving activities that enhance awareness and behaviors among our people and leadership. Close coordination and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in our complex organization, and some travel may be required.
