Role: IT Project Manager – Learning Platform Implementation

Main Responsibilities
- Map the benefits, capabilities, development opportunities, and challenges.
- Establish and implement an internal organization across all departments.
- Build a sustainable internal structure and ensure both internal and external communication.
- Engage stakeholders from executive level to departmental and team levels to secure anchoring and buy-in.
Target Audience
- Preschool administration leadership teams, support functions, and educators.
- All staff who will utilize for accessing and delivering training content.
Expected Outcomes
- Full transfer of the project and knowledge base to newly recruited permanent staff with a structured continuation plan.
- A living, user-oriented learning environment built with solid content and practical utility.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of documented IT project management experience in business development-related projects.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects in the public sector.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, needs analysis, and pre-studies for digital systems in educational contexts.
- Ability to lead independently in complex organizations.
- Experience with the implementation of digital learning platforms or LMS for competence development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in preschool or school systems in Sweden.
- Experience setting up internal structures and processes around new digital learning tools.
- Skills in change management and user-centered design.
- Experience handing off projects to permanent staff in a structured way.
- Previous work on LMS implementation for adult learning, including upskilling and reskilling.
- Familiarity with hybrid working environments (on-site and remote).
