Assignment Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Test and Verification Manager to lead testing activities for the Hub-to-Hub (H2H) autonomous vehicle program during the Verification and Validation (V&V) phase.
This role is key to ensuring high-quality, safety-compliant testing and integration across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and coordinate V&V test activities for H2H autonomous driving systems.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test specifications in close collaboration with Safety, Systems Engineering, and V&V teams.
- Ensure full traceability from system requirements to test cases and KPIs.
- Oversee the execution of tests across different environments: SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), test tracks, and public roads.
- Lead cross-functional test campaigns, including exploratory, integration, and regression testing of autonomous trucks.
- Analyze results and provide test verdicts with a high degree of confidence.
- Contribute to risk-based testing and support inputs to the safety case documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 26262, CyberSecurity, and SOTIF.
- Be responsible for vehicle allocation and test facility planning.
Meriting Experience
- Previous experience in similar roles at other OEMs or autonomous vehicle programs is considered a strong plus.
Work Location
- Initially onsite in Södertälje.
- Hybrid flexibility available depending on tasks and project phase.
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Swedish is meriting.
