Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior System Developer for our client, to contribute to a major business system transformation project involving Microsoft Dynamics 365. The project is currently in the analysis phase and will be ongoing for an extended period.

As a system developer, your responsibilities will include development and integrations, translating requirements into long-term solutions, and creating test cases to verify implementations.

Required Competence

Candidate must meet Competence Level 4, defined as:

• Knowledge: High generalist or expert-level knowledge in relevant area
• Experience: 9–12 years of experience in the field, with strong delivery on complex assignments
• Leadership: Ability to take ownership and lead large teams
• Independence: Very high level of self-direction

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• At least 5 years of documented experience as a system developer
• At least 2–3 years of experience with X++ / Microsoft Dynamics development
• Several years of experience working with ERP systems
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in CI/CD environments
• Experience with integrations in D365 Finance & Operations On-prem
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Skilled in writing test cases and automated testing
• Experience working in agile environments
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

Meritorious Competence (Preferred):

• Experience working in security-classified environments
• Experience with the public sector
• Participation in large-scale IT transformation projects

Security Requirements:

• High demands on security and confidentiality awareness
• Security clearance and security protection agreements may be required
• In some cases, Swedish citizenship is a prerequisite
