WE’RE HIRING: BACK-END SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Innesäljare)

Who You Are

• You take initiative and thrive working independently.

• You’re structured, reliable, and enjoy ensuring things run smoothly.

• You have a passion for communication and enjoy supporting both teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure all incoming B2B orders are processed, tracked, and completed smoothly and accurately.
• 
  
• Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and sales teams to understand demand and support campaign execution.
• 
  
• Follow up with distributors, resellers, and sales agents to make sure all leads are prepped and that nothing falls through the cracks.
• 
  
• Proactively identify and prepare leads for outreach by the sales team.
• 
  
• Be the go-to person for order and stock-related questions from our internal teams.

Bonus

• Experience with Nystartsjobb / Instegsjobb is a plus (but not a requirement).
• 
  
• Previous sales support, customer service, or logistics coordination experience is valued.
