Position Overview

We are recruiting for a leadership position on behalf of our customer. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Make informed decisions on major operational matters, including finance, business strategy, and organizational scope.

· Participate in board-level decision-making and ensure the effective execution of board resolutions.

· Oversee and manage the company’s daily operations.

· Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

· Maintain daily communication with headquarters to ensure alignment on strategy, operations, and reporting.

· Provide regular business updates and submit annual reports to the board of directors.

· Take on additional executive responsibilities, such as fostering corporate culture, leading team development, and supporting organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience within the construction industry.

· Strong business acumen with excellent judgment, strategic insight, and decisive leadership abilities.

· Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and operational management.

· Proven ability to integrate resources effectively, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.

· Familiarity with modern enterprise management practices and the ability to identify and mitigate potential business risks.
