LEAX Quality is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team.
As an Area Sales Manager at LEAX you will contribute to the achievement of our sales objectives.
Main Job Responsibilities
· Participate in the development and implementation of the LEAX Group's Sales and Marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
· Analyze and understand the competitive market landscape, identify business growth opportunities.
· Prepare and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
· Establish and maintain strong communication channels with customers, fostering long-term relationships
· Managing quotations.
· Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards throughout all sales activities.
In this position you must:
· Understand the market requirements in the area of responsibility. Go true market research, find and implement new customers
· Build relationship and trust
· Cooperate with support departments (Engineering, Procurement, Product Development) in finding economical production methods for the given product portfolio. Prepare quotations.
· Contribute on regular customer satisfaction surveys.
· Work with marketing to build and maintaining the brand image.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
o A University degree in mechanical engineering, economics, or equivalent.
o Strong sales experience in machining industry, preferably automotive.
o Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. German language knowledge is an asset.

o An achievement-oriented person with strong drive, both for your own sales but also for taking your own initiative and driving the area of responsibility forward.
o You are self-motivated and like to think outside the box to achieve the best result.
o You have a high energy level and spread you around you.
o Experience of customer-oriented work with documented success in developing customer relationships and commercial result.
o You must have driver’s license.
In this position you must be able to travel abroad (within Europe) occasionally. You will be based on our site in Köping, Sweden, and report to our Business Unit Sales Manager in Hungary.
Clearly explain your skills in relation to the requirements. You need to have a work permit in Sweden.
