• Assist the company leader in team recruitment and team building.

• Support the company leader in business planning, developing strategic development plans, and ensuring execution. Assist in market operations, business expansion, and internal and external compliance management to ensure the achievement of KPI targets.

• Assist in market insights and customer demand analysis, maintain relationships with key clients, and build and sustain the company's network and ecosystem with customers and partners to enhance China Unicom's brand influence in the local market.

• Assist in daily business operations, asset management, network operations, internal control, and risk management. Develop and improve company regulations to ensure orderly and high-quality company management.

• Maintain the company's local reputation, establish working relations with the Chinese Embassy, and comply with local laws, professional ethics, and company policies.

• Complete other temporary or phased tasks assigned by superiors.
