Cyber Security Portfolio & Program Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned leader who can elevate our portfolio of cyber-security services and refine our security capabilities—from tooling and applications to service delivery. Acting as the connective tissue across our security landscape, you will spot gaps, design a structured service catalogue, and embed consistent, best-practice processes.

What you’ll do

• Own the security portfolio: Assess the current service mix, pinpoint weaknesses, and establish a standardised, end-to-end offering.
• Drive programmes to completion: Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen security posture in multi-cloud environments.
• Influence at the top: Build credibility with senior stakeholders, translating technical risk into clear business value.
• Embed change: Shape team culture and processes, ensuring new ways of working take root.
• Measure & report: Define metrics, create clear dashboards, and communicate portfolio performance with data-driven insights.

What you bring

• 5+ years in cyber-security leadership, covering a broad mix of cloud and on-premise landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• Demonstrated success driving transformation and organisational agility.
• Strong grasp of project and programme management methodologies, backed by a record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into clear narratives for executives.
• Natural relationship-builder who can champion a security vision and rally diverse teams behind it.

• Proven ability to convert complex security concepts into compelling business language.
• Experience balancing strategy, risk, budget, and resources across a large programme portfolio.
