About us
Njord Survey (formerly Clinton Marine Survey) was founded in 2015 with the ambition and purpose of bringing cost effective solutions to the offshore survey industry. We offer high quality geophysical and hydrographic surveys for renewable energy, navigation, dredging operations, charting, marine construction and more.

Scope of work:
The role as Project Manager is a full-time position located in our office in Frihamnen, Gothenburg with a spectacular view of the Gothenburg harbour.
As a Project Manager you are responsible for all steps in the project process, including to planning, leading and follow-up projects from start to finish. You will report and work close to the company’s Project Director to ensure high quality deliveries to our clients. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
In the role as Project Manager, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to internal- and external marketing and communication strategies. Business travels in Sweden and Europe are conducted when needed.

We are reaching out to you who have documented experience from leading projects where you have been responsible for communicating with clients, leading teams and final delivery as well as responsible for HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) in your projects. You are a fast learner and a doer who takes responsibility for your work tasks. You have developed an ability to determine when to prioritize what and you have an established a way of structure and follow-up your own as well as the projects’ progress. The role requires you to always be one step ahead and make sure that delivery to clients is made according to set deadlines.
Others would describe you as a team player with a flexible mindset who are agile when circumstances change (as they do in our world every day). You have an eye for identifying areas of improvement and take your initiatives forward. You enjoy working both independently as well as in a team and are good at maintaining professional work relations. To succeed in the role, you are communicative and responsive to the needs and requests from clients and colleagues.
