About the company: The company is a branch of a Dutch company, Micro-Star Netherlands Holding B.V., with its ultimate parent company, Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. (MSI Taiwan). MSI Taiwan manufactures computer products (mainly notebooks, motherboards, graphics cards, All-in-One PCs and desktops) with its own brand "MSI" and performs wholesale trading of MSI products all over the world. The company performs marketing and customer support function in the Nordic region. Description of the position: As the Marketing Manager for the MSI Nordic Laptop Business, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market strategies for MSI's consumer and gaming laptop portfolio across the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland). You will collaborate closely with regional sales, global marketing, local partners, and influencers to ensure consistent and impactful messaging tailored to the Nordic audience. Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the laptop product lines (e.g., Gaming, Content Creation, Business series). Align with global and EMEA marketing teams to adapt and implement product launches and brand campaigns. Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage digital campaigns across key platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads) in collaboration with agencies or internal teams. Oversee local social media strategy, content planning, and performance analytics. Retail & Channel Marketing Support retail partners (online and in-store) with tailored campaigns, POS materials, promotions, and joint marketing efforts. Drive marketing alignment with key retailers like Elgiganten, Power, Komplett, and Webhallen. Events & Sponsorships Plan and execute regional events such as product launches, esports tournaments, or creator collaborations. Manage MSI presence at key Nordic tech fairs and conventions (e.g., DreamHack, Comic Con Nordic). Influencer & KOL Relations Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers, and content creators in gaming and tech. Measure and optimize influencer campaign performance. Budget Management Manage the Nordic marketing budget, track ROI, and ensure efficient spend across all activities. Reporting & Analysis Provide regular performance updates and insights on campaign results, market trends, and competitor activity.
