Expected Deliverables
- Proposed incident process for all incident types, including:
- Clear reporting channels and confirmation of report reception
- Defined roles, responsibilities, and decision structures
- Procedures to involve the right expertise promptly
- Investigation templates and action plans
- Guidelines for notifying the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), if needed
- Procedure for informing affected individuals transparently
- A documented post-incident evaluation process
- Establishment of a cross-functional Incident Response Team
- Unified reporting channel accessible to all Church employees
- Evaluation of assigning incident owners for cross-domain incidents
- Consideration of:
- Stakeholder needs and inter-organizational coordination
- No delays due to dependencies on other entities
- Continuous testing and revision of the process
- National and international operational settings (e.g. hubs in third countries)
- Incident reporting by external suppliers
- Compliance with Swedish Church Law, GDPR, internal/external transparency rules, and data protection principles
Methodology
- The external assignment lead will be responsible for coordination and execution
- A project team with expertise in information security and data protection is required
- Ongoing status reporting will be part of the regular internal reporting cycles
