Assignment Description

Our client is seeking two experienced Cybersecurity Analysts to support a strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) enhancement initiative. This project is critical for strengthening enterprise-wide identity security and improving compliance across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to centralize Active Directory delegations
• Standardize directory structures and enforce credential hygiene for system accounts
• Redesign the local administrator privilege elevation process to implement time-bound access policies
• Onboard critical servers into a centralized Privileged Access Management (PAM) system
• Integrate PAM with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) for real-time monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams and execute work according to Jira task planning
• Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with KPIs, including:
• Improved visibility
• Enhanced security
• Increased consistency
• Stronger access governance

Required Skills

• Proven experience with:
• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Security Information Event Management (SIEM)
• Active Directory
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work strategically and in detail-oriented fashion
