Role: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure features in ServiceNow
• Build user-friendly service portals, service catalogs, catalog items, and record producers
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer
• Develop external system integrations
• Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team
• Participate in in-person Hackathon meetups in Gothenburg every two months
• Follow structured agile development practices with strong planning and team coordination

Required Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Must provide your own consulting laptop and phone
• Must be able to attend in-person full-day team meetings in Gothenburg every two months
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an agile team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile teams
• Experience developing external system integrations
• Additional ServiceNow certifications beyond CSA
• Experience in custom application development within ServiceNow
