Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the "Inspire & Discover" product team within the Digital unit of our client. The team consists of 15+ professionals, including Engineers, Data Analysts, and Designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups for the product team
• Translate customer and business feedback into actionable improvements
• Drive sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Align the team’s roadmap with OKRs and strategic goals
• Work closely with cross-functional roles to ensure delivery and impact

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager
• Strong leadership skills managing large cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of technical development processes
• Expertise in sprint planning, roadmapping, and agile practices
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Excellent communication in both Swedish and English
