Assignment Overview

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our client’s Service Desk team in Malmö. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, providing support and troubleshooting assistance for both software and hardware issues.

You will mainly work with incoming support cases via phone and a case management system. The role requires strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, as you’ll be assisting end users with a wide range of IT-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support and service for troubleshooting and account management
  • Offer support related to hardware in combination with internal system solutions
  • Handle incoming support requests via phone and ticketing system
  • Respond to a variety of common issues, such as:
  • Network equipment troubleshooting
  • User account management
  • Basic technical questions


Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a helpdesk or IT support environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple incoming issues efficiently
