About the Company

EKorporation AB is a young full-stack consultancy agency, that offers it's clients custom software solutions including websites, apps, and supporting programs. While having a wide range of technological expertise, we lack the knowledge in marketing area and we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to help us grow our reach, build our brand, create our marketing strategy as well as help our clients as a consultant with all of the above. In the future we are planning to grow our company as well as marketing department, at which point you will lead a team of marketing experts.

About the Role

As Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead our marketing strategy and drive growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building and developing our brand. Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy
• Lead product marketing, creative development, and design initiatives
• Oversee analytics, insights, and data-driven marketing decisions
• Plan and execute media strategy and media buying operations
• Build and maintain networks and strategic partnerships
• Provide B2B clients with strategic B2C marketing consulting
• In the future be in charge of our marketing team.

We are Looking for You Who Have Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of senior marketing leadership experience
• Experience in both B2B and international B2C marketing
• Fluency in English and Russian (most of the team speaks russian); Swedish is a merit as all our clients speak swedish. Other languages are merits as well.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis
• Ready to take on tough challenges and work in a start up environment.
