About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis and the ability to act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SQL and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL
• Work with large and complex datasets efficiently
• Translate business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs
• Collaborate closely with business and IT development teams
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals
• Provide support in User Testing (UT), System Testing (ST), and End-to-End UAT
• Develop and validate functional test cases
• Understand business processes, preferably in the Credit Risk domain

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• 8–10 years of total IT experience, including 3–4 years specifically as a business/data analyst
• Strong skills in SQL
• Familiarity with SAS and/or Python (considered a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in agile teams
• Strong communication skills—able to clearly convey technical and business concepts

Good to Have

• Background in Credit Risk or Financial Services
• Experience in functional testing and result validation
