About the role:

Wrknest is now looking for a dedicated Critical Facilities Technician on behalf of STACK Infrastructure for their data center located in Amager, Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, tight-knit team that ensures uninterrupted operations in a critical environment. As one of two technicians on site, you will take full responsibility for operating and maintaining the electrical and cooling systems that power the data center’s infrastructure.

You will handle both preventive and corrective maintenance, respond quickly to incidents, and work proactively to keep all systems in peak condition. On-call duties will be part of the role, approximately every 4th or 5th week.

Your future responsibilities: In this role, you will be working independently most of the time, but with close cooperation and support from colleagues across the Nordic sites.

• Perform inspections, operation, and maintenance on all data center equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to incidents.
• Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all facility systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from the Nordic region when needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician.
• Has a strong foundation in electrical systems and is open to learning cooling systems.
• Is fluent in both Danish and English.
• Can work independently and make well-informed decisions on their own.
• Has a flexible and proactive mindset, always looking for solutions rather than problems.
• Is able to commute to the data center within one hour when on-call.

Experience from data centers or other critical infrastructure (hospitals, manufacturing, facilities management) is highly valuable but not mandatory.
