About the Role

We are currently looking for a Software Responsible to join our client, a company dedicated to developing sustainable and innovative powertrain solutions.

This role is part of the Software & Electronics group and focuses on software development for powertrain control systems, including hybrid and fully electric powertrains. You’ll be working closely with a team of experts on high-tech components such as ECUs, inverters, and electric drive units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development of base software for ECUs or inverters.
• Act as Single Point of Contact towards suppliers for assigned products.
• Ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with software architects, system designers, and hardware engineers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the project from design to implementation and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in base software development for automotive systems (e.g., ECUs, inverters, TCM, ECM).
• Proficiency in Autosar, CAN, LIN protocols, and embedded software development.
• Strong supplier management and requirement handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Experience with project leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Polarion, Teamcenter, and ESOW is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Swedish language.
• Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, Polarion, and ESOW.
• Domain experience in inverters, ECUs, ECM, TCM.
• Background in automotive software integration.

Work Environment & Tools

• Work is performed in a remote desktop environment.
• Consultants are expected to use their own computer and phone.
