About the Role
We are currently looking for a Software Responsible to join our client, a company dedicated to developing sustainable and innovative powertrain solutions.
This role is part of the Software & Electronics group and focuses on software development for powertrain control systems, including hybrid and fully electric powertrains.
You’ll be working closely with a team of experts on high-tech components such as ECUs, inverters, and electric drive units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of base software for ECUs or inverters.
- Act as Single Point of Contact towards suppliers for assigned products.
- Ensure technical quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with software architects, system designers, and hardware engineers.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop efficient, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the project from design to implementation and validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in base software development for automotive systems (e.g., ECUs, inverters, TCM, ECM).
- Proficiency in Autosar, CAN, LIN protocols, and embedded software development.
- Strong supplier management and requirement handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
- Experience with project leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Polarion, Teamcenter, and ESOW is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Swedish language.
- Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, Polarion, and ESOW.
- Domain experience in inverters, ECUs, ECM, TCM.
- Background in automotive software integration.
Work Environment & Tools
- Work is performed in a remote desktop environment.
- Consultants are expected to use their own computer and phone.
