With offices in Malmö (HQ), San Diego, New York, Sydney, and Singapore, we offer an international environment where you can grow both professionally and personally. Now, we’re looking for someone to lead and manage our Academy-function as Team Lead & Process Lead in Malmö!

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Academy Team Lead & Process Leader to spearhead the evolution of our training programs. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of scalable onboarding, enablement, and training initiatives for customers, partners, and internal teams. You’ll also own the Academy process to ensure learning is measurable, impactful, and aligned with our business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the scheduling, resource planning, and allocation of instructors to meet customer training needs.
  • Conduct trainings for customers in our software.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational or customer-related training issues, providing guidance and resolution support.
  • Ensure consistent use of Academy tools, processes, and content across the team per global standards.
  • Track and report to the Academy Manager on the training delivery metrics, including attendance, completion rates, and satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain clear documentation and guidelines for Academy operations and ensure process adherence.
  • Drive initiatives in evolving and improving the Academy function in collaboration with the Support & Academy Manager

What we’re looking for

  • A university degree.
  • Experience in learning & development, enablement, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong instructional design knowledge.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and operational leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, learning analytics, and modern training tools.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
