Are you a Marketing Manager looking to do more than just drive clicks? At Immuneed, your work directly supports the development of safer and more effective therapies. Our innovative approach to immunotoxicity testing is reshaping preclinical drug development and now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us amplify our message and scale our impact.

We’re a company in start-up mode, but with a solid marketing foundation already in place. Now we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level. Your work will span the full marketing spectrum, from strategy to execution, and contribute directly to how our services are understood and valued by the market. You’ll shape the strategy, but this is a small, hands-on team, so rolling up your sleeves is part of the job.

You will work cross-functionally across the entire organization, collaborating closely with sales, scientific advisors to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging throughout all touchpoints.

• Lead marketing strategy across channels and audiences, translating our scientific value into engaging campaigns and messaging.
• Drive campaign execution, from planning to publishing, with support from consultants and internal experts.
• Oversee digital platforms including our website, LinkedIn presence, ScienceExchange and more.
• Produce content, from thought-leadership posts to slide decks and conference materials, using tools like Canva, PowerPoint and AI tools.
• Coordinate internally with sales, scientific advisors, and leadership to ensure consistent, targeted communication.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure and optimize impact.

You’re an experienced marketer who thrives in dynamic environments and believes in the power of science-led communication. You’re not only strategic, you're also hands-on, curious, and ready to step in wherever needed to move things forward.

To succeed in this role, you need to be someone who embraces self-leadership. This is a start-up journey, sometimes the road ahead is clear, and sometimes it's foggy. We support each other in finding the way forward, but everyone is expected to take responsibility for their part of the map. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but we hope you’re driven by a sense of curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, experiment, and improve.

• A few years of marketing experience, preferably within life sciences, biotech, medtech or pharma.
• A solid grasp of digital marketing, including campaigns, SEO/SEM, and CRM.
• Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Canva, PowerPoint, and basic analytics dashboards.
• Strong communication skills – especially in turning complex scientific information into accessible, engaging content.
• Experience working cross-functionally with small, high-performing teams.

• A degree in Life Science and experience in preclinical research, immunology, or molecular biology.
• Familiarity with platforms like ScienceExchange, Scientist.com, or similar marketplaces.

Location: Uppsala, Sweden (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite) Employment Type: A full-time permanent position with six months of probation time Reports to: CEO
