Job Mission:

As a Digital Learning & Development Specialist, you will be part of elevating the company’s digital learning experience, targeting our internal workforce as well as the extensive external workforce of our channel sales partners. You will contribute with knowledge on how to use digital learning to create growth and build competence for Piab Group and our partners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across divisions to design, storyboard, and develop digital learning courses and modules, taking them from initial concept through to completion.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Support the migration of content by assigning appropriate attributes within the LMS database.
• Innovate and expand learning opportunities by exploring and implementing new methods and technologies.
• Effectively prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and ensure timely project execution.

Experience and Education:

Is currently studying or recently graduated in instructional design, educational technology, education, curriculum and instruction, or a related field
